If you have an international order which cannot be fulfilled online, please contact us so that we may fulfill your order. Shipping Info: The standard method of shipment for internet orders is ground (e.g., USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS in the United States, usually Airmail Parcel Post (4-7 days) for orders outside the US). All in-stock orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. To determine the estimated date of delivery, add the appropriate number of days cited above to the "availability - usually ships ..." information on the product page. If you want to expedite the delivery of the product, call Pro-Am Sports for a price and time estimate. If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted if the delay in fulfilling that item is greater than 3 days. Pro-Am Sports will coordinate the delivery of the remaining available merchandise with you (e.g., if the backordered item is expected in within a week, all items will be shipped together unless requested otherwise by the customer.) Pro-Am Sports will occassionally have an item drop-shipped directly from a distributor to facilitate prompt delivery of a product. Also, please note that some of the larger items (e.g, college lockers)are shipped directly from the factory. We will mail a copy of the order separately to the "bill to" address on the order to serve as the official invoice. If a back-ordered item cannot be shipped within 30 days, you will be contacted with the approximate shipping date. After receiving the estimated shipping date, the order will be shipped only after you approve of the shipping date. Credit card orders are billed only when we ship the order. International Orders - Delays in receiving shipments may be caused by customs processing. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and applicable taxes.

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax for orders from Virginia residents. If your order is taxable (e.g., you are a resident of Virginia) we will apply the proper tax when your order is processed online.
Merchandise Returns:
If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
